What We Do

The mission of the County IT department is to provide a wide range of technology services and solutions to ensure Durham County departments have the necessary IT tools and resources available to deliver quality services to the residents of Durham County. County IT services include technical support services for IT infrastructure, IT applications, and IT departmental-related project initiatives. The County IT department services more than 30 county departments, totaling over 2000 users in over 15 locations countywide, and provides IT support for all County Public Libraries.
